Roman Dominguez is a member of the Gabrielino/Tongva Nation. With over a decade of expertise in Native American Cultural Monitoring across Southern California, his experience extends to renewable energy projects. Roman has actively contributed to Phase I surveys, Phase II testing, and data recovery, ensuring full compliance with Section 106 of the National Environmental Policy Act and the California Environmental Quality Act. He holds multiple certifications and is currently advancing his knowledge with an Associate of Arts degree in Native American Studies. A recognized leader in his field, Roman has spearheaded WEAP training sessions, delivered presentations at notable archaeological conferences, and been a pivotal figure in educational outreach initiatives. In leadership capacities, he has adeptly managed teams of cultural monitors, demonstrating proficiency in coordination, scheduling, and contractual negotiations.
